How do you keep track of time?

Sarah Herbert’s Virtual Services use a software called Trax Time. http://www.spudcity.com/traxtime/ However, there are many different time tracking software’s to choose from. SHVS is open to client suggestions.

Do I pay a monthly retainer or can I just hire you when I need you?

Both. You may choose to hire Sarah Herbert’s Virtual Services on a retainer, which will set aside a set amount of hours per month for you to use the services. The choice to hire SHVS for on an hourly basis or for just one project, that works too! SHVS is here to work with you! Please see the List of Services page for more information.

What software programs is used by Sarah Herbert’s Virtual Services?

Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Open Office and The Print Shop 2.0 are just a few of the programs that are used on a day to day basis. Sarah Herbert’s Virtual Services is open to client suggestions.

What do you charge for your services?

SHVS charges $24 an hour. No minimums. If you need help for 15 minutes, that is what you are billed for.

How do I know I am being billed fairly?
